May 13, 2024

Imagine a workplace where every person feels like they belong, every voice is heard and every contribution is valued. This is the culture we are aspiring to create at Itron and is why our commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace is at the core of everything we do. It shapes how we show up for our colleagues, our customers and the world at large. To that end, we are thrilled to share our recent recognition in Newsweek’s list of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity 2024 and America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women 2024

Itron is committed to fostering an inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives, which has led to its recognition on Newsweek’s list of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity for the second consecutive year. This accolade is a testament to Itron’s efforts in creating a supportive workplace that accelerates innovation, attracts top talent, and meets customer needs. The company believes that inclusion is crucial to unlocking the power of diversity, and this belief permeates all levels of the organization. Despite advancements in workplace equality, challenges remain. Itron’s inclusion on Newsweek’s list of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women 2024 highlights its proactive approach to addressing workplace inequalities. Both lists were developed with Onclusive, a market data research firm, and involved a thorough examination of publicly available data, interviews with HR professionals and an anonymous online survey. Read more about the list and an in-depth explanation of Newsweek’s methodology here.

Itron is proud to be recognized on these lists and for our ongoing companywide efforts to build an enriching and engaging workplace for employees. We look forward to continuing this work in the years ahead, which is vital to fulfilling our company’s purpose of creating a more resourceful world.
